You're good at what you do and what you do isn't books. The reality is that bookkeeping and cash flow management aren't part of the entrepreneur training program. If you want the rewards (um, cash) it still has to be done and you are legally required to have it done right. Legality aside, you need to have an analysis of your business performance on a regular basis. At the least, you should have financial reports monthly.
